Thermomix Varoma Ramekins
The Thermomix Varoma Ramekins were developed to expand the versatility of Varoma steaming, allowing individual portions to be prepared, cooked and served within the Thermomix ecosystem.
The set of eight porcelain ramekins was specifically designed around the geometry of the TM7 Varoma, enabling all eight ramekins to fit efficiently within the steaming space. Their proportions and arrangement maximise available capacity while maintaining sufficient space for steam circulation and consistent cooking performance. Seven ramekins also fit within the TM6 and TM5 Varoma, extending compatibility across Thermomix generations.
Beyond steaming, the ramekins were designed as versatile oven-to-table serveware. The fluted porcelain form provides a familiar yet premium aesthetic suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes, from individual desserts and baked eggs to custards, soufflés and side dishes.
Space efficiency was another important consideration. The ramekins nest together for compact cupboard storage, while individual lids allow prepared food to be covered and stored after cooking.
The result is a simple accessory that significantly broadens what can be prepared in the Varoma, connecting steaming, baking, portioning, storage and serving in a single compact product system.
Key design considerations: TM7 Varoma optimisation · eight-piece configuration · TM6/TM5 compatibility · efficient steam circulation · heat-resistant porcelain · individual portioning · nesting storage · individual lids · oven-to-table versatility
