The Thermomix® 2.7L Server was developed as a larger-capacity insulated serving solution, designed to extend the Thermomix cooking experience from preparation through to serving.

The design uses a double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel construction to help maintain food temperature for longer, while providing a durable, premium alternative to conventional serving dishes. A key focus was balancing thermal performance with an aesthetic that felt appropriate on the dining table rather than purely functional kitchenware.

The form was developed around a clean, minimal and softly organic design language, with a brushed stainless steel finish and considered proportions that complement the Thermomix ecosystem. The wide opening provides easy access for serving, while the simple lid maintains insulation without adding unnecessary complexity.

Practicality was also central to the development. The servers are designed to stack efficiently for storage, while a removable silicone band helps secure the lid when transporting prepared food.

The result is a versatile 2.7L thermal server for cooking, entertaining and everyday family meals, combining insulation, serving and transport functionality in a single product.
